Maritimo Shopping Center is the host of the second edition of the Tourism Fair “The Holiday” Constanta, which will take place during 17-19th of May.
The event is organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture of Constanta and by the National Tourism Agencies Association in partnership with the Federation of Tourism Promotion Associations through the Romanian Seaside-Danube Delta Tourism Promotion Association.
The official launch of the event will take place on Friday, 17th of May, starting with 12.00 hours. The organizers say that the Tourism Fair is oriented towards the public from Constanta which has permanently proved the will to travel in the country and outside and to search for original touristic destinations.
At the fair will participate: tourism agencies, tour-operators, guesthouses, tourism promotion association representing Romanian destinations, which will propose to the public an attractive offer of touristic packages for 2013 summer holiday, as well as discounts and special offers.

The car is the most convenient and inexpensive alternative to get to Constanta. The distance between Bucharest - Constanta is 225 km and can be made in 2 hours and 30 minutes. The time increases considerably during the summer months, when roads are crowded with those who want to sunbathe on the Romanian coast. The most popular route is Sun Highway: Bucharest - Fundulea - Lehliu - Drajna - Fetesti - Cernavoda - Constanta.
At the railway station from Constanta arrive trains from the most important cities of the country: Bucharest, Suceava, Iasi, Buzau, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, etc. Trains of different categories leave from Bucharest and the minimum duration of the trip is of 4 hours. Ticket price starts from 30 lei.
Constanta has two airports: The International Airport Mihail Kogalniceanu and the Tuzla Airfield. In Constanta arrive flights from Bucharest, Timisoara, Milano, Pisa, Brussels, Nuremberg, Wien.
